Just what is snow?  How is it formed? Why do some snowfalls feel soft and fluffy, and why are others wet and heavy?

These questions and more will be answered in our upcoming class – The Science of Snow.  Children will learn which town holds the greatest snowfall record, and which states receive the most snow annually. In addition, children will participate in a few icy experiments demonstrating winter’s weather magic.
