Mason jars are a time-tested method of storage. Our grandparents used them for canning food or holding spare buttons. Today, however, we often forget the usefulness of these sturdy glass jars and cast them aside. Children will be given the opportunity to create a miniature living landscape inside a mason jar that will continue to grow and thrive with minimal care.
